Q2-1:Is there an entry fee?
A2-1:Everything in the facility can be viewed for free. (Excluding some seminars.)
 
Q2-2:Please tell me the operating hours and holidays.
A2-2:10：00～19：00 Open every day (except during FUJIFILM's the New Year's break).* Check the website periodically for holidays.
 
Q2-3:Is an appointment required when visiting?
A2-3:You are free to visit within operating hours.
 
Q2-4:Are there eating facilities available?
A2-4:Not in this facilities.
 
Q2-5:Can FUJIFILM digital cameras and other products be purchased?
A2-5:Digital cameras are not sold in the facility.
FUJIFILM HEALTH CARE SHOP sells health supplement and skincare products.
 
Q2-6:Do you handle the repairs of FUJIFILM products?
A2-6:FUJIFILM SQUARE does not accept repair inquiries or requests. Please use the following contacts.

A2-8:Ginza FUJIFILM PHOTO SALON will be merged with the FUJIFILM PHOTO SALON in FUJIFILM SQUARE at the end of July 2007.
Applications for exhibitions at the Ginza FUJIFILM PHOTO SALON are no longer being accepted.
 
Q2-9:Are photographs permitted to be taken in the facility?
A2-9:Photographs may not be taken within the facility for copyright reasons.
 
Q2-10:Can food and drink be taken into the facility?
A2-10:Food and drink cannot be brought into the facility.
 
Q2-11:Is there a toilet for use with wheelchairs?
A2-11:The bathroom for use with wheelchairs is location on 1F.
